RD-Y(ST)YПродукция Lapp Kabel: Data Cables (LF) and Telephone Cables - Process control cables (RD) Application:

RD-Y(St)Y is used as a data transmission cable for applications such as control centres, monitoring systems, control units units. RD-Y(St)Y is designed for fixed installation / installation in enclosed rooms. For reasons of cost reduction the multi-wired stranded copper cable has been provided for MAXI-TERMI-POINT® connecting technology. This wiring method (semi-automatic) considerably reduces the time and the costs required for installation.


Note:

MAXI-TERMI-POINT® wiring is also a connecting technology without soldering, in which cables are pressed on a pin by a pressing sleeve without prior insulation. We only use impeccably twisted seven-wire strands and a PVC-compound (semi-rigid-PVC) specially developed for TERMI-POINT® technology. TERMI-POINT® is a registered trademark of AMP.
